Forest Haikus for Reflection

Oct 6
1 min read

I leave the path now.

The forest remains as before —

I am slightly less.

The leaves are whispering.

The forest speaks in its own language —

no one translates.

Listen.

Not only to the bird,

but also to the silence that follows.

Not only to the wind,

but to the space it touches.

Not only to the forest,

but to yourself within it.

In the pine tree’s silence,

one single deep breath —

the day grows spacious.
